◆以下の利用規約、禁止事項を確認した上遊んでください。
この規約はがりきういが配布しているすべてのモデルに適用されます。
モデルデータを使用した時点ですべての内容に同意したものとみなします。
個人が趣味で制作した二次創作モデルです。公式とは一切関係ありません。
原作者・その他関係者にご迷惑のかかる使用方法は一切禁止です。
二次的著作物としての著作権は放棄していません。
利用規約は予告なく変更される場合があり、変更された際は最新の規約が優先されます。
規約に反している作品は一部変更、非公開または削除をお願いすることがあります。
原作権利者から要請があった場合モデルデータの利用停止を公布することがあります。
■禁止事項
・公序良俗、良識に反する使用。
・商用利用
・他者や他国を侮蔑するための利用
・原作・モデル・モーション元を貶める使用
・政治的、宗教的利用、18禁エログロ暴力作品への使用
・過度に政治的、宗教的、下品な発言をするアカウントへのアイコン使用
・Twitter等のなりきりアカウントでの使用
・転載、再配布、交換、譲渡
・公式の音声を使った動画への使用
・ダウンロードパスワードの転載
・このデータの制作者を騙ること
・原作・キャラクターの価値や品位を激しく損なう表現
・VRChatでの使用（再配布にあたるため）
・がりきうい以外がサイトやサーバーにモデルデータをアップロードすること
・AIへの使用禁止 ※モデルデータを使用した作品も含め
※改造などの禁止事項
・女装、女体化、ショタ化などの年齢操作（モデルのキャラクターが原作でこれらの表現があった場合はOK）
・他キャラクターへの改変
・モデルデータの流用(配布しないのであればスフィア等他モデルへ使用可）
・改造データの再配布
・素肌が全身の7割以上露出させた状態での使用（衣服の一部が大きくはだけているのはOK）
※恋愛表現などについて
・原作で描かれている程度の表現までならOK
・ダンスの振り付けは基本OK
・BL作品（恋愛感情を感じさせるもの）への使用は禁止（単独での恋愛の曲、モーションは問題なし）
・紳士モーション、腰振りダンス（例･GENTLEMAN)は単独でも禁止
・モデルを使用した静画動画でのタイトルまたは説明文で腐向けCP名の表記禁止
・血、体液の表現禁止（汗涙はOK）※ジャンルによっては血は許可しています。フォルダ内にある規約を確認してください
■静画動画を投稿する場合
・Twitterのアイコンヘッダーへの使用、ニコニコ動画、YouTubeなどの動画サイトへ投稿する際はクレジット表記必須（我利式またはがりきういどちらか）
・Twitterでの静画動画に関してはクレジット任意
■免責事項
MMD以外での動作保障は致しかねます。
本データを使用したことによるいかなる損害についても当方は一切責任を負いません。

These data may not be used for any works which contain negative content toward the original product, individual, &/or group.
These rules are subject to change without notice.
I have the copyright of my data as the derivative works.
I NEVER renounce the copyright of the derivative works.
■These are 3D model datas for MMD.
I don’t forbid using by other 3D softwares(blender, 3dsMAX, MAYA or etc.),
but I don’t guaranteed it.
In the cases, also keep these rules.
■You are NOT permitted to sell this MMD Model data in ANY format, whether digital or in print. This MMD Model data may only be used for non-profit purposes. Do not use this MMD Model data for commercial purposes.
■Private Trading and Public Trading of this MMD Model Data is NOT allowed.
■Do not share download password for this MMD Model Data.
■Do not re-distribute this MMD Model Data.
■Do not take this Model apart. You are not allowed to create another MMD Model by using parts of this MMD Model Data. (For example, do not take this Model’s hair and put it on a different Model.)
■You are not allowed to make major edits to this MMD Model Data. You may make edits such as adding facial expressions, adding bones, and recolors.
■Do not use this MMD Model for works which include obscene, grotesque, &/or violent content.
■Do not use this MMD Model in ANY sexual, erotic, &/or romantic relationships.
■Do not use this MMD Model for works which include YAOI/BL content.
■If you find this MMD Model Data re-distributed by anyone other than me “がりきうい（garikiui）” on a NON-JAPANESE website, I would greatly appreciate it if you could ask them to delete it.
■If you find any works on a NON-JAPANESE website which do not follow these rules, I would greatly appreciate it if you can ask that individual to delete that video &/or image.
■You must credit me, “がりきうい（garikiui）”, when using this MMD Model Data.
■NO used for VRChat.
Uploading MMD models to VRChat itself is considered redistribution of MMD models and is prohibited.
I will not give you permission to use it as an avatar, regardless of whether it is for commercial or personal use.
■Using the MMD models I distribute as different characters is prohibited, regardless of whether they are modified or not.
■Uploading model data to a site or server by anyone other than garikiui.
■Prohibited to use for AI *Including work using model data.
