著作権について
- 制作物の著作権は、特段の合意がない限り「ばびロン（2D）」「がりきうい（3D）」に帰属します。
- 納品物は、事前にお伺いした使用目的の範囲内でご利用いただけます。
禁止事項
以下の行為を固く禁じます。
- ご依頼は完全なオリジナルデザインのみ承ります。既存のアニメ・ゲーム・漫画等の二次創作（ファンアート）のご依頼は、権利保護の観点から一切お受けしておりません
- 自作発言、二次配布、転売
- AI学習（画像・3Dモデル）への利用
- 公序良俗に反する利用、政治・宗教活動、または他者への誹謗中傷を目的とした利用
- 許可のない改変（リサイズやトリミングを除く）

国内からのご依頼・ 銀行振込
海外からのご依頼 ・PayPal - お支払い構造
原則として「二段階払い」とさせていただきます
1 着手金 合計金額の50%を制作開始前にお支払いいただきます
2 残金 最終納品直前に残りの50%をお支払いいただきます - 着手金の扱い いかなる理由（お客様都合のキャンセル等）があっても、着手金の返金はいたしかねます。
免責事項
- 制作物を利用したことによって生じたトラブルや不利益について、当方は一切の責任を負いません。

Copyright & Usage
- All copyrights to the works produced by Babiron (2D) and Garikiwi (3D) remain with the creator unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- The works are provided for the pre-agreed purpose only.
Prohibited Acts
The following acts are strictly prohibited
- Original Designs Only: I only accept commissions for original designs. Requests for secondary creations or fan art (based on existing anime, games, manga, etc.) will not be accepted due to copyright and licensing considerations.
- Claiming ownership (self-claimed authorship), redistribution, or reselling of the works.
- Use for AI training or any form of generative AI learning.
- Use for political, religious, or offensive purposes, including defamation or activities that violate public order and morals.
- Unauthorized modification (excluding simple resizing or cropping)
Payment & Cancellation
Payment Methods

Domestic (Japan)・ Bank Transfer
Payment Structure A two-step payment system is required.
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total fee must be paid before production begins.
- Balance: The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion, just prior to final delivery.
Non-refundable Deposit: Please note that the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances, including cancellation by the client.
